I understand, that to begin working with a counsellor, can bring feelings of vulnerability. If you feel that this is the right time, I encourage you to take this first STEP.
I have always been interested in people and how we relate to one another. In my practice all are welcome, regardless of creed, culture or sexuality. Having had years of experience in the therapeutic field I draw on the Person Centred Approach to therapy (C. Roger) and systemic approach (Family Constellation Method- B. Hellinger, Internal Family System - R. C. Schwartz, PHD), I combine them to understand your life experience, struggles and how you respond to them. I strongly believe that each of us has a desire for growth and has the power of self-healing, regardless of what we have been through. My aim is to be available, to listen and to create a safe space for you in order to give you the ability to thrive and transform.
The qualities I value within myself are: heart-centered, work grounded, along with curiosity, compassion and a good sense of humour.
I follow the criteria and best practice of British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
